For each of us, there are certain words that we absolutely despise. Wet, wet and loose are the most popular ones.
And while some people may cringe or feel anxious when they hear or say them, most people can get through it without going into a complete stupor. But this majority does not include the tiny hero of our video.
In the video below, little Adam is only six and a half months old, and he clearly doesn’t know the meaning of most words. But that doesn’t mean he can’t have a special reaction to them! The video starts with a happy baby smiling. When his mom and dad say the word “Achooo!” he reacts with delight. But as soon as his dad says one particular word, the adorable baby goes into an absolute fit. What is that word?
Oddly enough, it’s the exclamation “hurray”, which we all know expresses happiness and victory! Some suggest that this situation may be caused by the so-called word aversion, which is an absolutely normal characteristic of every human being.
For the same reason that other people may not like the words mentioned above, Adam is disgusted by the word “yay”. As sad as it is that “yay” makes Adam cry, it’s hard not to smile in response to his behavior.
