When Collabro took the stage on Britain’s Got Talent, many in the audience and even Simon Cowell himself were skeptical, rolling their eyes at yet another boy band.

However, their initial doubts quickly evaporated as the group began to sing.

Made up of five members—Michael Auger, Jamie Lambert, Matthew Pagan, Thomas Redgrave, and Adam Bernardo—Collabro had only known each other for a month prior to their audition. Yet, their harmonious rendition of “Stars” from Les Misérables captivated everyone in the venue. The performance was so moving that it earned them a standing ovation, transforming the atmosphere from skepticism to pure admiration.

Their success didn’t end with that memorable audition. Collabro went on to win the series in 2014 and signed with Simon Cowell’s record label, Syco Music. Since then, they have released several albums and toured extensively across the UK and Europe, delighting fans with sold-out performances.

Collabro has become one of the most successful musical groups to emerge from a talent show, and their journey is a testament to the incredible talent that can shine when given the opportunity.
